Stephen Floyd PhD. is an English and Drama teacher at Vashon Island High School. Stephen and his husband Phil Dunn were AIDS activists in the 1980s and 90s as part of ACT UP: AIDS Coalition To Unleash Power and RAT: Radical Activist Truth Squad. Most of their early activist work was in Oregon and later Seattle, WA.
